Position: Graphics & UI/UX Designer

Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphics & UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for a variety of digital and print media. You will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for our website, mobile apps, and other digital products. You will also work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure that our designs are aligned with our overall brand and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and test design ideas
- Design and develop UI elements, such as buttons, icons, and navigation components
- Ensure that designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and accessible to all users
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs and ensure that they are functional and performant
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Proven ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and UI/UX design tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
